Customer Service Center for WIPO

WIPO launched on October 1, 2010 a new Customer Service Center as part of its efforts to improve the Organization’s responsiveness to all its stakeholders – including member states, users of its global protection services and the general public.
The Center will respond to general questions on intellectual property and WIPO by telephone or email, and will also serve to receive feedback and suggestions.  In addition, it will help in channeling enquiries to the most appropriate specialized WIPO information service (e.g. Patent Cooperation Treaty, Madrid system, Arbitration and Mediation Center etc.) or individual experts
