Lawsuit filed by Monosol Rx for thin film patent

Monosol Rx is a US based pharmaceutical company and specializing in proprietary pharmaceutical film delivery system. Monosol Rx has a granted US patent 7,824,588 related to methods of preparing thin films with just the right amount of pharmaceutically active compound that will dissolve in water, but may be exposed to higher temperatures without degrading.
Monosol Rx has filed lawsuit against Biodelivery Sciences, Meda Pharmaceuticals and Aveva Drug Delivery Systems.
